Autosavvy101 provides general information and tools to help you research vehicles. We do not provide mechanical, legal or financial advice, and our content should not replace a qualified professional's assessment.

No warranty

Vehicle details, assessments and recommendations are generated from the information available to us and may not be accurate or complete. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

Third-party vehicle data and reference-photo licences

Vehicle data and VIN-linked reference photos may be supplied through third-party automotive-data providers. Reference photos may originate from dealer, auction, retail-listing or other third-party sources. Autosavvy101 displays this material only as part of the vehicle-research experience and does not claim ownership of third-party photographs or underlying provider data.

Rights in third-party data, photographs, trademarks and source material remain with their respective owners and licensors. Availability can change and a returned image may reflect a prior listing rather than the vehicle's present appearance or condition. You may view these reference photos through Autosavvy101 for personal vehicle research, but you must not scrape, bulk download, republish, sublicense or commercially reuse them unless you have separate permission from the applicable rights holder.

Member accounts and saved research

Free member accounts can be used to save report snapshots and comparison research. Saved information is provided for convenience and does not create a warranty that vehicle data is complete, current or independently verified. Manually entered comparison values remain the member's own research notes.

Before you save a comparison to a member account, an anonymous working comparison may be kept locally in your browser for up to 30 days after your most recent change. You may clear the working comparison at any time. Free-text comparison notes are provided for your own vehicle research, and you should avoid entering personal information. If you explicitly save a comparison while signed in, the saved copy is stored separately as a private member-account record.

Business accounts, representative verification and visibility

A business account is self-declared and does not by itself verify that a member owns or is authorized to represent a business. A member may use the private Business Workspace to submit a claim for an existing Directory listing or submit an unlisted automotive business for review. Autosavvy101 may approve or reject a representative claim after reviewing the relationship and verification context provided and after using an appropriate verification method.

Approval creates a verified representative relationship for the identified Directory business. Representative verification means only that Autosavvy101 accepted that account as authorized to represent the business for the limited Directory-management workflow. It is not a verified-business quality badge, safety certification, recommendation or endorsement, and it does not automatically grant Featured, Boost, Spotlight or other promotional placement.

Verified representatives may submit proposed factual changes to eligible Directory profile fields, but those changes remain subject to Autosavvy101 admin review before publication. Autosavvy101 retains control of listing identity, verification indicators, editorial treatment, media and promotional fields, and may revoke representative access or reject proposed changes when appropriate.

We link to third-party businesses and partners. We are not responsible for the quality, availability or conduct of those services. Autosavvy101 may later offer clearly labeled business visibility or promotional placement. Payment for promotional visibility does not mean endorsement, representative verification, superior safety or higher service quality, and must not alter our vehicle-research or editorial guidance.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Autosavvy101 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
